The announcement of events of the CCI of the Russian Federation

On the 13th of April 2023, the Presentation of the Samara Region will be hosted by the Congress Center of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation (Moscow, Ilyinka str., 6, building 1).

The Samara Region is the region which is often called the heart of Russia. Not only because its borders form the shape of a heart. The region has everything that Russia is famous for: stunning nature and high-tech industry, centuries-old brotherhood and carefully preserved uniqueness of each of the 157 nationalities living here, generous and high-spirited people and a sustainable economy.
The Samara Region is a natural crossroads of the north-south and west-east tracks. It is a waterway on the Volga river, railway and road routes to the Ural, Siberia, Central Asia and China, modern airport Kurumoch, which is a hub of national importance.
Space programs are also realized due to JSC «RCC «Progress», which is the world’s leader in manned launch vehicles. The first cosmonaut of the Earth, Yuri Gagarin, was also launched into space in a rocket produced at the Samara enterprise.
Every fourth Russian car is manufactured at JSC «AutoVAZ» in Tolyatti. These cars run on the gasoline produced in the region from Samara’s oil. Over the 80 years of development more than 1.3 billion tons of «black gold» have been extracted from our subsoil. The Samara Region produces the entire range of chemical and petrochemical products ranging from mineral fertilizers to synthetic rubber.
The region uses all the business support tools aimed at helping its development. These are the special economic zone, priority social and economic development area, state and private industrial parks, science park and many more. In 2021 the Samara Region is among the Top-10 regions of the Russian Federation, according to the investment prospects.
Around 100 thousand students are studying at 24 Higher Education Institutions, and the Research and Educational Center “Engineering of the Tomorrow” of the Samara Region unites groups of researchers from 6 regions of the country.
Participating in the presentation of the Samara Region is an excellent opportunity for both Russian and foreign organizations to become familiar with the region’s potential and to form an opinion about the prospects of cooperation. The Samara Region is a dynamically developing, future-oriented region, favorable for realization of large-scale projects.
